I completed a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Laurentian University. I started my career with Ontario Medical Supply as a Seating and Mobility Consultant for the first 4 years then spent the following 10 years as the director of sales where I successfully grew a small HME team to more than 30 employees. I witnessed several changes in product, services, deliveries and provincial funding models. I have acquired a deep understanding of the Assistive Device Program (ADP) that helped guide my clients and clinicians in the most appropriate solutions within the complex constructs of the provincial program.
In October 2015, I made the transition from supplier to vendor by accepting the role of Vice President of Sales for Canada with Motion Composites. As one of the fastest growing companies in Canada, Motion Composites has become one of the global leaders in the innovation and production of manual wheelchairs. In 2020, I was appointed as VP of Sales for International where I will lead the continued growth of the company in more than 20 other countries.

My career in the home healthcare industry spans nearly 20 years, having begun in 2002 when I accepted a position as a Seating and Mobility Consultant with Health Care Pharmacy in Sudbury, Ontario. In four short years I successfully grew the mobility department from an occasional walker sale to one of the leading vendors of mobility devices in the Sudbury area.
In 2006 I assumed the role of Manager of Equipment Services, expanding my responsibility to include administration of the CCAC equipment rental program, securing and managing equipment service contracts at local Long-Term Care Homes, and the implementation of risk management and quality assurance practices into daily operations.
In 2013 I was recruited as General Manager of the Motions Specialties Sudbury office. This opportunity provided me with a very different, corporate perspective on the home healthcare industry. Another opportunity presented itself in 2017 when I accepted the challenge of establishing a home healthcare department within a local pharmacy. As Director of Operations for Val Est Pharmacy, I have registered as an authorized ADP vendor for mobility devices and continue to steadily grow our client base.
