OHMEPA’s 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on November 28th at the Prince Room of Paradise Banquet Hall, 7601 Jane St, Concord, ON L4K 1X2.
This year, we’ve lined up a series of special presentations that directly impact the present and future of our industry. These include:
- ADP staff, including David Schachow, will provide key updates; share critical insights about pricing, audits, and Program operations; and answer your questions!
- Robert Lanc, OHMEPA’s President and VP of Canadian Commercial Product Management, speaking about the ins and outs of HST/GST for assistive devices.
- Katie Griffin, of Spire Systems, a provider of highly customizeable all-in-one business solutions, presenting on what you should look for in your business software solutions.
Additionally, we have a number of exciting updates from our partners and stakeholders!
- Linda Norton, Director of Learning & Clinical Education at Motion, will be presenting on the ADEPT (Assistive Devices Education Program for Therapists) and how it will transform authorizer training on mobility devices.
- Dr. Stuart Howe of Spinal Cord Injury Ontario.
- Jeff Menzies of NIHB.
As always, the AGM will feature important updates on OHMEPA initiatives, an opportunity to network and catch up with peers and industry leaders, and an excellent lunch.
This is a once-per-year chance to hear from experts, stay informed about critical changes in the industry, and contribute to conversations that shape the future of home medical equipment in Ontario.
