Trainer Bio

With over 14 years of dedicated experience in the Mobility and Accessibility industry, I have built a solid reputation as a knowledgeable and compassionate sales consultant. With also 5 years of experience as a technician, I have had the opportunity to work with clients in both aspects of their experience. I hold a NRRTS designation and can work with high-end power wheelchair equipment. I have the ability to combine my technical experience and customer-first approach to help clients improve their quality of life and regain their independence with tailored mobility solutions.

In addition to my professional career, I have worked as a volunteer firefighter for the past 28 years. I currently hold the positions of Captain and Training Coordinator. These titles put me in the position of working with adults in all of their training endeavours. I have had the opportunity to assist recruits from their onboarding training to their retirement. I am also certified with the Red Cross as an Emergency First Responder and First Aid Instructor, as well as an Instructor Trainer. My passion for education has allowed me to work closely with individuals in both classroom and practical scenarios.

In closing, my responsibility and care to make a positive impact with those I work with are some of my most valued traits.
