John has enjoyed a 35-year career in several industries - Retail, Information Technology, Financial Services & Health Care. His initial educational background is as a Certified General Accountant (1998) which is now known as Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
In December 2003, he left his corporate career to purchase a Home Medical Equipment business in Barrie, ON. That business is now known as SUPERIOR Home Health Care (SHHC) with two locations in Barrie & Midland. In his 22nd year in the HME industry, John has a wealth of knowledge in the provision of ambulation, wheelchair and seating & positioning equipment. He believes continuing education is required to be the expert that our mutual clients deserve.
As an Owner, John has worked with the majority of Manufacturers & Suppliers in the industry. He has strong working knowledge of Ontario’s Assistive Devices Program (ADP) and its policies & procedures. John believes the team approach is necessary for successful outcomes – one weak link fails our clients.
You can expect a practical, down-to-earth approach in an ADEPT session with John. Do not be surprised if he brings special guest experts to add different perspective & knowledge to your ADEPT Training.
