Pamela has been working for Medability Healthcare Solutions as senior customer service representative and equipment specialist since February of 2020.

Her strengths includes providing advice and guidance to customers on mobility equipment, bath safety, transfer devices, lift chairs, cpap equipment and accessories, bracing and compression, and working hand in hand with the medical healthcare professionals and dealing with the Manufacturers and Suppliers to keep up to date on new equipment available.

Her expertise with this equipment comes from being in the Home Healthcare equipment and supplies industry from November 1999, working at Medichair Durham in Whitby for 16 years followed by working for Shoppers Home Healthcare (Wellwise) in Whitby for 4 years before joining the team at Medability.
