Sarah Jones is a dedicated Mobility and Rehab Consultant at Ontario Home Health, serving clients across London and the Huron/Perth regions. With a strong focus on both pediatric and adult populations, Sarah is deeply passionate about creating a more accessible world for everyone. Her expertise in accessibility is backed by her AODA certification, allowing her to navigate accessibility standards and regulations with confidence while delivering solutions that truly improve quality of life.
Sarah is known for her compassion, patience, and unwavering dedication to client success. She believes in looking beyond the immediate symptoms of a challenge to understand and address its root cause, ensuring that the solutions she provides are both effective and lasting. A strong advocate for accessibility and independence, she works tirelessly to ensure her clients have the tools, equipment, and support they need to live life fully and on their own terms.
Her collaborative and empathetic approach has earned her the trust of clients, families, and healthcare professionals alike. Sarah’s goal is always to advocate for the best possible outcome, with an emphasis on dignity, comfort, and empowerment.
Outside of her professional role, Sarah continues her mission to make the world more inclusive. She organizes accessible community events, including the annual accessible Easter Egg Hunt, which brings joy to children of all abilities. She also treasures time spent with her children and is committed to making a positive difference, both in her community and in the lives of the people she serves.
